[nagdu] Guide dogs and medical facilities.

Good morning All,

I was wondering what the laws may be regarding medical facilities.  My 
husband donates plasma, and the staff says that he must leave his guide 
dog Gia with one of them.  If he doesn't want to do that, either I or 
one of his other friends goes with him to watch her.  Any help or 
clarification would be appreciated.
