[nagdu] Guide dogs and medical facilities.

Hi
I have experienced this one. When my great-grandmother was in some care 
facility at the very end of her life they said I couldn't use my dog in 
there. I didn't contest it at all since I had people to guide me and put him 
in the car but wondered about it, since, don't they bring therapy dogs etc. 
into those places? Also my granny liked the dog and would have liked seeing 
him.
