[nagdu] Myrtle Beach police arrest restaurant owner after herefused woman with service dog

I do not like the fact that the article mentions certification. Yes, I have 
a certification card that was issued by GDB, but it is not required. I feel 
that articles like this give people the idea that they can ask for 
certification.
