I would have to say that the schools (TSEin this case) are aware of the fact that we have lives. Their own staff have changing lives, too, and they have had to grow with that. But they also have had a philosophy and a method that they have found to be tried and true. They are gradually changing that method and all schools are making changes here and there. They will continue to evolve. Change doesn't always come easily for us, and it doesn't always for them either. They doubtless have lots to learn about our lives and what we do with them, and I think they are. It is important that we work to kindly teach them. JMO.
