[nagdu] Fake Service Dogs

I have a friend who's dauter was given a licens lately that her pet
dog was a tharopy dog, even though it has gone through no training. It
was her tharopist who gave it to her so that her landlord could not
make her give the dog up because they changed the rules on her after
living there for some time and say that they are not letting them to
have pets anymore.
I told my friend that yes this might work for the place where she
lives, but that would not give her rights to take it to the store with
her. IDK what else to say. I just kept thinking of the other things I
have read on here about people taking untrained dogs in the store and
the problems it caused.
