Hi, Larry,
When either of my guides acted up in a business establishment, I voluntarely 
removed myself out of the building to go outtside and take control of the 
problem immediately.
If it was severe, I'd end up having to hav an obedience session with the dog 
to remind him to behave and make it clear that I wasn't going to tolerate 
misbehaving on his end.
