[nagdu] ACB and NFB

I still believe that the audible signals aren't always good.  We have one at 
a horrible crossing just coming into Ann Arbor.  It is not really accurate 
and it is loud enough that it can take your mind off from the traffic 
noises.  I have complained about it and so far, the city has done nothing 
about it yet.  I just told someone that if they only relied on that signal, 
they were gonna die!  They thaught I was just being funny but I was not!  If 
I didn't have god mobility skills, I would have benn one of those by now!
