Yes, KSDS is still in business.
Another guide dog school that's no longer in existance is Ivy Creek Guide 
Dogs.
They went down under probably in 2007, but can't fully remember as my head 
feels foggy.

Another guide dog school which existed a long, long time ago was called 
Master Eye Foundation, but that was in the 1940's out in Minnesota.
I'm gonna have to do some research just to play around as I'm curious.
