[nagdu] having many dogs

Julie,
You also have the means logestically and finantially to not take your dog. Nothing wrong with that, just saying that because if someone doesn't have those means, finantial, logestical, and emotional, the parents saying "You can have the dog, just not in my house" may sway the balance toward someone *not* having a dog.
I hope this doesn't sound rude or like I'm picking on you. I just can't think of a more polite way to say it.

Hi, julie I have a lot of respect for you because you can respect the wishes of your parents. It's their home and they know the situation with their own dogs. It use to bother me if my dog wasn't able to come to a relative's house but she did have that right so we would go there for a couple of hours and then go home to be with our dogs.
