Sometimes when reading messages and hearing the speech screen reader read 
all the materials can make it somewhat dificult to pick up what a person 
means directly.
There were times I used to take things offensively, but now, I will usually 
ask a question of what a message or reply is in reference too upon asking if 
someone could state more or add to the reply directly.
