[nagdu] ABC 4 viewers pay for guide dog's surgery

It was just a thought on if we had this issue with our dogs, and couldn't 
afford to have the surgery, then would the schools step in, I was under the 
understanding that the schools will help. But that is GDF, I don't know what 
options the other schools give.
