Dan,
Interesting notes, that people doesn't know the law and they think that
doesn't apply to them, and dog is a dog. So the root of the problem that
they are not educated about the service dogs, they just don't know
the difference between pets and working dogs? Are all those people are
informed about the law when they start businesses? I thought they should
know something about consumers with service dogs since they run consumer
related businesses. Are they informed about consumer law and their rights
and responsibilities when they get a licensure ?
