Oh, I am glad. Er... Never mind my earlier cynicism about the vet. This
is good news all around.

Except that the owners of the attacking dogs are again not mentioned,
nor is any notion that they might bear financial responsibility there.
Still, I am glad Buffy will have her surgery and that people have been
so generous so that her handler can give her the additional care she
will need as she recovers.
