The kong toys can be purchased pretty much everywhere, but I don't think 
Wal-Mart or Target would carry them and Kane-Mart wouldn't have them either.
Truth is that I really don't know since I haven't visited the pets area in 
all three of those establishments.
Petco and Petsmart definitely carry them.
If neeed be, you could go into your search engine and type in Kong toys and 
I'm sure a bunch of places will be pulled up.
