Laurel,
I'll be honest and say that I'm uncomfortable with calling the school,
even if I knew which one it is. I think the gentleman should be taking
responsibility for his dog. Calling the school and complaining feels
like allowing him to hide behind the program and get away with allowing
unacceptable behavior.
I don't want an episode of any variety. I'd like to go and have a nice
time at this event without a fuss. That is my sincere hope and what I'm
trying to accomplish by asking for advice here.
If that isn't possible and something unpleasant happens, I think I would
rather make my complaints to the event organizers, the hotel or the police.
