Thank you to all who have replied. I will give her a card with the ADA
information on it. GDB gave us these so we could hand out to the
public. I will also try to find out if they are licensed by anyone and
try to speak to that person about it. Lyn, threading is where they
have two resistant threads put together and they rub the threads
together with the hair that needs to be removed  in between the two
threads. This causes the hair to come out and thus, it is removed. I
hope that expanation helped. Lol!
