If you are talking about having them take pictures of your dog, then
this is not an ADA issue. If you are talking about the ability to enter
the store with your guide, then you can do that and no fee can be charged.
Remember it is you that has the right to be accompanied by a guide dog.
The dog has no civil rights. Make sense? If you want your picture
taken accompanied by your guide, then that is your civil right. If you
want your dog's picture taken, he has no civil rights and you would have
to pay the pet fee.

> I recently went to a Picture studio thing in the mall and asked if they did pictures of animals, namely dogs. They in formed me that they did but they charge a pet fee of $15 to $20 for the pet’s presents. I asked if this fee was waved for a guide dog. the person replied this fee is still charged for even service dogs. I know under ADA a guide dog isn’t legally a pet. Thoughts?
