[nagdu] amusement parks?

Hannah, my dogs have gone to amusement parks--just not on many of the rides.

Back to dorms.  Have you contacted your guide dog training program?  perhaps 
they can assist in advocating.

The National Association of Guide Dog users deals with this sort of thing a 
lot.  It's not necessarily true that the disability Center will know better.
