Hi Ramona,
I am glad that you spoke with someone who knew you and your situation. You
need someone to come ASAP and I am very glad that Seeing Eye is working on
this.
Hang in there.
Best wishes,
Terrie Terlau

hello all, i had a long wonderful, talk with someone from tse today
who saw ismael and i in action last month when i was there and he is
going to attempt to get someone out asap, he agrees that someone
should have been out sooner. he also gave me allot of wonderful
suggestions. he is also just as shocked at ismaels actions as I am
because he too knows ismaels layed back all serious temprament and has
seen how well we worked together during training. I believe that that
helps a little more than just reading a file about someone you've
never met. I feel like things are going in the right direction now,
and i'm somewhat relieved. some of the things he suggested I am
already trying and they are working so far.
