[nagdu] [and] Southwest Airlines

Hi
Speaking of airlines, I flew jet blue to PR from DC. The first flight when
getting on I was told that because of the new policy my dog was required to
sit by the window. Saunders hates this and I tried to speak to a manager.
They said no one was available and that the flight was full. I was told if I
did not get on I could not fly. I had to get on because we were going to see
my husbands family for Christmas. When on the plane of course my dog did not
want to go under because he is use to an isle. The lady rudely pointed out
see this is why we have this policy. If you were in the isle you would be in
the way. After changing flights in Orlando I got to sit wherever I wanted.
When I asked the new flight attendant about the policy she said absolutely
that doesn't exist and that she is appalled that this was said.
Jessica

The real point of my writing about Southwest was that, in spite of the fact
that many of us never have problems with a given airlines, they still exist.
I had flown four flights with Southwest before I ever had this problem, and
should I fly southwest again, maybe I won't have the same problem again.
That airline and many others are inconsistent about this kind of thing; you
never know when this might happen.
