Yesterday was the first time I was subjected to the United Airlines warehouse for people with disabilities in Chicago. It was humiliating to say the least.

So, I have a question for you. If your plane departure changes gates, do they flash it on a screen only or do they say it. Last time I was in Chicago, I went to my gate alone, but if there hadn't been a guy going to Des Moines on the same flight, I wouldn't have known they changed gates.
