Hi, Cindy,
When Odie has had to go through blood draw or get his nails clipped and ears 
flushed out, they've taken him to a room where all of that stuff can be 
done.
Harrison Memorial has been really good at explaining things to me and 
letting me know what is happening.
Their vet techs do come to check in with me and let me know how Odie is 
doing.
They have told me that Odie is happy to go with them knowing he's being 
helpped.
The vet techs do let me know how Odie is doing while in the back and he 
usually does fine.
