Hi folks:

I will be sharing my training adventures way different than before, instead
of using a Yahoo!Group, I'll be using Facebook, which is the easiest way. If
you don't have FB, no worries, when I get home from training, time
permitting, I'll send a note to the group.

I know I'm so quiet on the group... I tend to read more than anything! I
should stop being so quiet! LOL!
