[nagdu] Relieving frequency

I take Ben out 4 times a day, although, if we're out and about, he usually
wants another pee sometime, so it can get up to 5 or 6 times.
When I started at GDB many moons ago, they had what I call the ten-minute
rule.  Take the dog to relieve for ten minutes.  If she hasn't done it by
then, take her in.  It's not a bad rule.
