Right but the Boy Scouts accept all the boys, not "all the boys but Jim who happens to be blind".
So there is a difference.
I think Boy Scouts will let you be a Boy Scout if you are gay, but won't let you serve as any kind of scout master. I'm not clear on that and now want to find out.

They can reject your dog because they aren't a public place; they can reject you because you are exclusive, but you would be in a position to appeal it even if it meant a suit. It's kind of like, to my way of thinking, when say girls might sue Boy Scouts because they wouldn't admit them? I don't really know.
