Hi Mark,

You can get free guide dog license for your dog through the county in which
you live.  Also in regards to your dog parking and picking up after him/
her. If you have done your best to pick up after your dog that's all you can
really do. But if theirs some left behind and you can't pick it up you might
want to try pouring some water over  the smushed poop that was left behind
and that should get rid off what's left. Or keeping some paper towel in your
picket or backpack and use the paper towel to wipe up any remaining poop
behind. Take care.
