[nagdu] Mark's dogs

The witness thing can go both ways, depends on a lot of variable so any
witness should be a trusted source or it can backfire. What does TASC
stand for and thanks for the offer of help. Under control.
I have thought about handing a bag of special treat to a few folks but
when I hold it up they backed off:0) so I threw it out where it
belonged. Video if handed over to "authorities" or not:0) can become a
tool that can be used either way too. I'd let the complaint just die
because they can not levy a fine against him and have it stick. It
would cost more then the fine itself to collect from hom. Wonder if the
state is sticking their nose in and making the situation worse. Reading
Tami's post its still evident that services that are supposed to help
Blind customers gain education, employment and "the american dream"
still step on civil rights like,,,, well,,,,, dog poop:0) LOL
I'm gone for a while before I get 5 messages with "stop!"

Mark,
The school has people on its side. So should you.
Can you take a video of you cleaning up so the school knows you're
trying?
Why not have the trainer at this meeting with you?
Why do you think that "witnesses can go both ways"?
You shouldn't go in to this meeting feeling like it's you against the
school and all their friends.
And I still say, hand whoever is acusing you a bag of poop. That person
won't come into contact with the waste, and it will make your point like
nothing else can.
It's all about communicating in language they understand.

No witnesses at this time, however, my trainer has inspected the area in
question and finds nothing wrong with it.
Witnesses can go both ways, and making a point to have witnesses and
things
being documented can be viewed as being adversarial.
I am trying to portray myself as someone who is willing to work with
them
and make accommodations. Thus making them look like the bad guy by
continuing to harass me. One hopes it stops after I meet with them next
week.
