Hi Cindy.  i've been where you are with the whole barking and growling 
thing with my previous dog.  When I went to camp about 5 years ago, 
there was a dog that my dog would bark and growl at and I felt like I 
was not a good handler or was at least made to feel that way.  I hope 
you can get the help you need with this.
