Well, I think sometimes we see that another handler's dog isn't being as well behaved as ours, and so we judge them. I suspect that sometimes, especially if we are not able to see at all, or if we see less than we think we can, we perceive things that aren't really occurring. I understand the fear about the dog, and I am really sensitive to that. The person said that her dog would bite mine if mine didn't stop, and I suggested that maybe this would be a good thing. Now, of course, I wouldn't prefer it and maybe I was a little too flip, but sometimes you just have to be flip in order to get through the moment. Well, if things don't change, I won't bring him to convention again. I doubt that stress was good for either one of us. *smile*
