If they deny you this request for what is essentially a reasonable
accommodation, but again, referred to as a modification of policy and
practice, then you take it to the next level and contact your State's
designated Protection and Advocacy agency and work with them to get this
resolved. If you need assistance in getting any of this info, let me know,
and feel free to email me off list to blinddog3 at charter.net
