[nagdu] Never worked a male before

But you've met this one right?? You know how big he is, right?? I think I
read that or was I dreaming, lol. Was up early this morning and out of
coffee so my day's been messed up from the beginning so please correct me if
I'm wrong. My male was an awsome dog, he bonded better with me than my
females have, he wasn't a big monster of a dog, weighed about 70 pounds, he
hardly ever marked and never, never in harness!! Give him a chance, I'm
sure you'll find that it's not the dog, it’s the handler, and I'm sure
you'll also find that it's not the sex of the dog but the match ... handler
and dog working together that makes the difference. Hopefully you keep us
updated and wishing you and the male pup who's saying *try me, try me* all
the luck in the world.

Hi, Peggy.

I'm sure there are very nice male dogs out there. Unfortunately, I haven't
had the chance to meet them. the ones I've known have been incredibly
territorial and aggressive. Plus, many of them are bigger than I am. (Smile)
So, I'm just a little nervous. Male guide dogs are a bit of an unknown
quantity for me.
