Well, that's what I hope too. There will be some differences, but at least I 
have a reasonably good idea of how I'll go about things. Of course, that may 
change in a few months. lol

Oh that's right! You did work for GDB. I remember that now, I'm on a
GDB list with you and remember you saying that. I bet your experience
working for GDB will help a little bit, I know owner training is quite
the challenge, but hopefully your past experiences and knowledge will
help make it a little easier.
