Can you explain a bit?
Do they only do this for people with physical disabilities? Or is it tied to a specific job or set of jobs?
What about mental disabilities?  We know far more about mental disabilities then we did 75 years ago.
How did this policy happen to begin with? Why wasn't overturned?

They have a special certificate that lets them pay there disabled workers below minimum wage. It has been in place for seventy five years. They aren't the only bunch to do this but I believe they are the largest. My husband and I work for them and get at least three dollars below minimum wage. Feell free to write me offlist and I will tell you more about how this works.
