Margo,

Arrow's tail was amputated? Why? I don't think I heard you talk about this.
Poor puppy.

Well, that's what the note with the I D said and yes, it makes sense.  I 
never understood why the I D expired every three years or so.

I guess the dog could change sometimes but probably not.  Actually, after 
Arrow's tail was amputated, I wrote to Pauline Alexander at the eye and 
mentined my concern about Arrow not having a long tail anymore and would 
that change his picture and she said it wouldn't becasue the tail really 
isn't shown.
