[nagdu] bringing shopping carts on the bus

Yep that's what it sounds like to me.  You have to sit behind the actual wheel in the three sideways facing seats, which fold up together for wheelchairs.  

that's why I don't think I can bring a shopping cart on those kinds of buses.
