[nagdu] micromanaging your dog

II recently had a visit by the trainer who trained my guide, as this was
technically a follow-up and to also help us work through a little issue.
One of her comments was that she referred to us as an awesome team, and that
we complement each other perfectly.  Part of this she remarked, was that I
don't *micro-manage* my guide.  I am just curious as to what your thoughts
are on this subject, if there is a time and place for it, if this can hurt,
help or otherwise.
