Hi Larry, et al,
I wonder if the myth might also stem from the fact that some NFB training 
programs discourage the use of a guide dog while doing travel lessons?  Just 
curious on that as I've heard a lot of people talk about it.  As for the 
dog's misbehavior and the handler's lack of charge, this also applies in ACB 
as well as the independence, though the minority rule does apply.  I'd be 
interested to hear others' thoughts on this.
