[nagdu] Ownership of guide dog

You can keep your harnesses from TSE if you choose to as well. If you
return them they are used in training with new dogs before the new harnesses
are given out. With two of my four dogs I returned them back to TSE so
their harnesses went with them but with my third retired dog, I kept her
harness for years and years until just recently when I sent it back to TSE
and I only did that because although I will always miss Roslynn my
attachment to the harness wasn't there anymore and someone in a new class
can make some use out of it. They just don't want to see their stuff sold
on Ebay.

TSE does let you keep the leashes. I don't believe they want those back.
I've got a GDB leash, GEB leash and 3 TSE leashes. LOL. The TSE leashes
are spares. The GEB leash is for relieving when I'm at home. It hangs on
the closet door by the front door. The GDB leash is for grooming. The
loop when made into a long leash fits around the tree outside my front
door. LOL.
