[nagdu] ownership of harness

I was at TSE October of 2011 and you still sign a paper saying you'll 
return the harness back into the school and I believe it does mention 
not using it for other things or selling it on e-bay. They also have a 
number stamped into the handle and the body of the harness itself to 
maintain ownership. I really don't know what they can do to prevent 
people from selling their harnesses on e-bay or e-bay itself.
