I had the same problem even when I informed them that I had a dog. They probably gave her either Concord or All City. Those were the two companies I always had problems with. Tell her to ask for Skyline if this happens again since they are great.
You think dealing with those taxi companies are bad, just try getting a yellow cab in Manhattan!!! To add insult to injury, try using a local company outside Manhattan! It is as if you have to strike gold with a good driver or else.
