[nagdu] taxi refusal in Brooklyn, new York

erreading this thread it occurs to me that I do not rightemember hearing about this problem and alergies etc, until the last maybe 5 or so years and I'm wondering why not earlier because I have known people with guide dogs    since I was 6 years old and I am now in my mid 60s interesting, Hal
