[nagdu] taxi reusal in Brooklyn, new York

I tell them that I have a guide dog because, if possible, I would rather get
a driver that did not mind dogs. When I am being picked up from campus, I
schedule my rides ahead of time. If they are more than five or so minutes
late, and especially if I keep getting texts that they are sending a
different taxi, I will check that the guide dog was not the problem. This
works for the current company that I use. If I used a different company, it
might be different. Also, one time, I did have a driver who had allergies. I
asked him if he had known that I had a guide dog, and he said yes.
