[nagdu] Advance Notification

William,
Having an identification card issued by the school may be helpful in a
few instances, such as the waiving of licensing fees in those jurisdictions
that offer such concessions. I do know that some training programs tell you
that the identification card helps resolve access issues; however, I also
know that there are some programs who do not really understand the legal
rights of service dog users. There are also some jurisdiction that require
presenting identification and training programs generally do not understand
the interaction of state and federal laws. I, too, have an I.D. card from
the program where I was traing - Guide Dog Foundation - but I refuse to
present it for access on principle.

Fraternally yours,
Marion Gwizdala
