[nagdu] Your opion on crating while at work

Yeah, what if there was a fire drill or - hope never - a REAL fire and how
would you get to your dog then??? Would your boss tell a wheelchair user to
keep his wheelchair in another room from him? Or leave their eyeglasses out
in the car?
Sorry, can't think of too many valid reasons that a dog would have to stay
in a crate at work and away from the handler in an office - is it an office
or a shop floor in a manufaturing place?
My friend would crate her dog in her office and then go down the hall to
teach her classes when there were people with allergies in that class. Her
dog was in her office under her desk and was there when she worked at her
desk. when she needed to go elsewhere on the base, she always had her dog
with her.
