[nagdu] Charlotte and Philadelphia airport relief areas

I've travelled to or through the Charlotte airport a number of times and once relieved my dog there. The "official" dog relief area is outside of the security zone. It is a spot of grass near the baggage carousels. Unfortunately, the carousel row is long and I don't recall any details about which set of doors you'd need to exit to put yourself near the grass. Also, when you step outside these doors you'll need to walk across a lane of traffic where folks are dropping off or picking up passengers.

I live in Philadelphia but have never needed to relieve my dog while at the PHL airport. The service dog App isn't too helpful on this one as it only says, "contact an agent for escort."
