Thank you for helping me understand what is happening, yes the folks 
corrected their dogs, where all felt uncomfortable in the room when the 
groweling happened.
If it is ok for this person to walk around with this saint bernard with 
no harness of any kind to indacate that it is a service dog, then they 
need to be questioned.
Or anyone can do and say the same thing.
How do we keep this in control?
This is why I ask questions.
The persons dog was in contro. each time I saw the team.
