Hi Sarah
I preggy much work leone 5 or 6 days a week with one day off (Sundays)
We go to aprks in the area or trails (I'm in beautiful Oregon) Or we
walk to coffee shops, 7/11, Dairy Queen, Mikes burgers (all within
walking distance from my home. In the winter months it's pretty much
the same thing except no walking in the rain. We go to big amrkets,
Wal Mart, Target, The malls or so forth. My best bet is the bus up
the hill to the local hospital and walk the halls for a good workout
and back home.
Our dogs love to work and they love to please us. they live for the
praise they get when they do a good job.
If you should get sick or need time off that's okay too.
