[nagdu] Pilot Dogs' Ownership Agreement

Rhonda,
    Would you be willing to share your ownership agreement with us? I have 
asked each of the training programs for their written agreements and only 
two - Guide Dogs of America & Guide Dog Foundation - have willingly done so.
