Hi Cindy,

I'm sorry you had a bad experienceflying with SouthWest Airlines. I think 
you should file a complaint if nothing else.   I can only imagine how 
frustrating this can be.

When I flew back home from Leader Dogs almost 2 years ago, I didn't have any 
problems with the airline and I also flew SouthWest. Hopefully this won't 
happen to you ever again. Take care.
