[nagdu] Allergies

Hi Cindy and all,

I agree with Mark. If people don't understand that our dogs are
working and should be treated so, then that's their problem. I can't
change the feelings of others, even people who are my friends. I know
that my true friends will hear me out and let me show them what my dog
can do. I had a friend tell me that my dog couldn't come to her house
because of allergies and dis omfort with dogs. I asked her if I could
prove that my dog could behave, stay out of the way, and all was well.

So, try not to worry about the people you can't change. If they don't
want to hear you out and respect you like an adult, then your feelings
shouldn't be hurt. I've been around some very nice people who suffer
from dog allergies. I was able to work with them to come up with a
compromise because we were both willing to work together.
